The client required a system which could record the attendance through fingerprints. The system was required to store all information pertaining to an individual and provide output detailing the customers payments.
Powered by latest technologies Velectico developed the system and created an unique solution to detect the fingerprints and provide all information recorded for an individual including his payment status through IVR messages.
The solution was customised for different types of membership and fees structures. Rigorous testing was done to ensure that the system provided correct output as it was very sensitive.
